October Already!
I cannot believe that it is already the month of October! This year has seemed to have flown by, it feels like just yesterday that I was starting work at the children’s center, when actually I have been there for almost a year now. All of the boys are doing great, no one has been sick for a while now but I am sure they will start getting sick again with this cooler weather. Gigi has already gotten the boys their Halloween costumes, Ben is going to be Papa Smurf and Clark and Carson are going to be Smurfs! They have not tried their outfits on yet but I am sure they are going to be VERY cute! I will make sure to take lots of pictures. This weekend we are going to a pumpkin patch, for the first time! We are very excited, hopefully everyone will behave. Now that everyone is walking/running around it is getting a lot harder to keep them all under control on my own. It takes us about 15 minutes to get out of daycare in the afternoons. I knew I couldn’t wait for the twins to start walking but now I am kind of regretting it. I miss the days I could strap 2 of them into a stroller. They just moved Carson into a new room at daycare, he is separated from Clark now. I didn’t really want it but after thinking about it I decided that it would probably do them some good to spend a little time apart. And now I am seeing a difference in them with interacting with other kids in their classes. Tom and I still can’t believe that they are all our kids, we were just talking about that this weekend. I wonder when it will actually set in, or if it will ever set in. So classes this semester are almost over, thank goodness! I am doing really well in my early childhood class but not too good in my accounting class. Since everything is online with my accounting it makes it really hard because I am having to teach myself everything. But as long as I pass I will be happy! Haha! I know that’s not the right attitude but that’s how I am thinking of it! I am still looking for full-time employment, I haven’t had any luck though. It is really hard to find any type of entry-level position right now. Everywhere I look they want someone with some kind of certification and so many years of experience. Well, until next time.

Sick
Other than the sickness the boys are doing great! Ben is talking better everyday. He surprises me with all of the songs he can sing now. I plan on trying to do some potty training over the weekend, he is showing all of the signs that he is ready other than wanting to sit on the potty. He will sit with his clothes on but flips out if you try to pull his pants down. My plan is to put his Thomas the train underwear on him and tell him that if he gets Thomas wet it will make Thomas VERY sad. Wish me luck!
The twins are about to be separated at their daycare. They are having to move some kids around and Carson was one of the kids selected to move up, he is more ready than Clark. It wasn’t something that I really wanted but now that I’ve had time to think about it I think it is going to do them some good. Clark has always kind of been the more reserved out of the two so if they are apart I am hoping Clark will come more out of his shell and get his own personality, so to say. And as mom I am hoping that will help with the fighting at home. Haha! Maybe since they wont spend all day together they will be able to enjoy each other more. So that move happens the first of October.

Just Another Tuesday
So today I signed up for two classes at my community college. I have made a decision to work on my classes for Early Childhood and also work towards my Medical Office Administration degree. I just want to make sure that I have a career that I really enjoy and that is going to need me for a long period of time. I am taking Child, Family and Community for my early childhood class which I am not too sure what it is about yet. The first class isn’t until Thursday. I also signed up for Accounting, this class is for the medical office. I took this class before the twins were born and when the boys came early I didn’t get to finish the class. It is also online so hopefully I wont have any trouble with it.
I recently found out that I have asthma and serious allergies (I knew about the allergies already). So I use a daily inhaler and I also have a rescue one. I am getting allergy shots twice a week right now to build up my body so that I just have to get them once a month. They are not too bad but I have to wait around the doctors office for 30 minutes after I get them and I get three at a time. I really hope that my boys don’t get my bad allergies. They are no fun.
When I walked into Clark and Carson’s room yesterday to get them ready for school they were both standing up jumping in their cribs and Carson has figured out how to turn on the bedroom light. It was so funny, they are best friends already. They have their own language and know how to aggravate each other too.
Since the twins are both walking now Ben thinks he can hold both their hands and walk down the hallway. Now this is really cute when all three of them are wanting to do this but when one of them decide to do something else it turns into a nightmare. It is usually one of the twins that decides he would rather play with a truck or ball so when he sits down to do this Ben does not like it at all. He throws one of his classic tantrums and screams this high pitched insanely annoying scream. So he tries to force his brother to do it and then he starts screaming too. My house can go from a nice hum of playing boys to a swarm of screaming, crying and fighting in a matter of seconds. I am sure this is only the beginning of what is to come. I just hope that they are good friends too.
Ben’s new teacher told me that he is obsessed with letters and numbers. He loves using the magnetic ones like for the fridge and line them up. He used to have some of those at home until he threw them behind the fridge so that I cannot get them unless I move the fridge. He still loves his Thomas but not as obsessed. He is also into singing, he knows his ABC’s, Bringing Home my Baby Bumblebee, 5 Little Monkeys and others that I can not think of at this moment.

First Post
Hello! I am starting this in hopes to keep long distance family and friends informed about the Markey Clan. Right this second the boys and I are at my mom's house. Clark and Carson are terrorizing Ben! This is an every day thing. Everything Ben does the twins want to do too. Sometimes it is cute other times Ben gets very aggrivated with them following him everywhere.
So Clark and Carson are now walking around, getting into everything! They each weigh over 21 pounds now, you definitely can not tell that they were premature. We still think that they are identicial but we wont know for sure until we have a DNA test done on them, and I dont know if we will do that. At least not anytime soon.
Ben is talking in full sentances and learning new things everyday. His favorite thing is still Thomas the Tank Engine or any kind of train! He only weighs about 5 pounds more than his brothers! They are starting to look more and more like triplets. I get asked if they are triplets quite a bit.
I am currenly working at the boys daycare as an assoicate teacher. I am taking a couple classes in early education this semester in hopes of getting a full-time job there.
Tom is caddying at Pinehurst and is really enjoying it, when he has work.
Well this is all for now. I will post again soon!
